· No movement >15 days (Standard) or >7 days (Expedited)? Email us immediately with order number + tracking screenshot.

Critical Responsibilities for Buyers

 We initiate carrier investigation (3-10 days).
 If confirmed lost: Re-shipment (if stock available) or store credit/refund.
